Bluetti is the fastest refiller in the mid-range. The AC200L accepts 2,400W, W and the Apex 300 accepts 5,000W, the highest wall input of any unit in either brand’s field in our database. EcoFlow counters at the top with 4,000W on the Delta Pro 3.

Watch the legacy Bluetti units here. The AC200Max, AC200P, and EB200P all cap at 470W of wall input, which means a full recharge on a 2kWh pack takes longer than four hours. Those units were built as solar generators first and backup systems second.

Bluetti leads in the median at 900W versus 650W, and both brands exceed 2,400W at the top of their ranges. The highest single-solar ceiling belongs to EcoFlow: the Delta Pro Ultra accepts 5,600W, more than double what any Bluetti in our database can handle.

Half of the Bluetti catalogue in our database cannot function as a UPS. The AC200Max, AC200P, AC300, AC500, EB200P, EB70, EB55, and EB3A all list no transfer switch fitted. Several of them are otherwise excellent batteries, and the AC300 pairing is rated for 6,000 cycles, but if a blackout is the reason you are shopping, none of them are candidates.

EcoFlow has the same problem on four units, mostly older River models, and it is less likely to catch you out because its current Delta line is uniformly equipped.

Weight and Living With It
