My Quick Verdict
Across all power stations reviewed on this site, a clear pattern has emerged: most power stations sold as backups will not arm their own inverter. The inverter must be turned on and kept on by hand, so the cover lasts only as long as someone is around to do it.
Fewer than a third of the units here wake by themselves, and until now, every one of them sat in the upper mid-range price tier or above.

The Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 is the better machine on almost every measure: faster crossover, 2 points more conversion, 10 fewer decibels, a 5-year warranty, and 4,000 cycles. It also costs a price tier more.
What the Pecron offers is the same self-arming behaviour for less money, plus a 400-watt DC output that dwarfs the Anker’s 137-watt car socket. For a vehicle build, that port alone settles it.
